how to margin

I am having a fit with this for one i know what this is and does, but what part each of thgem do forget it, and when you are done slicing them up and put them in do you fix them one at a time or all at once this is driving me nuts i am do and don't understand how this works.

Startdocks was easier than this one if i can get this down would be a big help for me.

Hi Mate, OK so with the Sizing margins, each set of numbers represents how many pixels that will be held together as the image re-sizes. look at them like this. The first set of numbers is how many pixels of the image will be held from the left, the second is from the right, the third is from the top, and the forth is from the bottom.
The Content margins represent how far the content on the image is moved in or out from the Left, Right, Top, and Bottom.
