    hi syryus...
if you are looking for theme building guide for windows 10...This should work just fine:

I think most of us use this guide to make theme...

I tried again, can't change this color.
    Number 4, left panel, white.
I followed step by step the instructions.

    Ok syryus...
    You want to chan
ge the panel from the image indicating 4...
It's one of the rare cases when you can't change the color as the guide says...
if you change the color as t
he the guide it'll change but not the whole panel...
Anyway..First you've to go to the path "unknown >
ExplorerNavPane" if you are using light mode.
If you are using darkmode go to "unknown > DarkMode
    ::
    ExplorerNavPane"
Now change the fill color & text color as you wish...

Thank you so much, it's working, as you adviced
I did already changed some stuff, but I can't find the location for this effect, when I move the mouse over a folder, on the desktop
Where exactly is this location, for this effect ? I modified it but only for Explorer, Control Panel, but for desktop does not apply
    Thanks, again
