What are these files about?

I'm trying to learn.


Why do the same bitmaps have different numbers in different modifications?
I always thought bmp numbers were constant - just like in dll files.
However - comparing the same files from different modifications - you can see that the same numbers are different?
Just an example - there are more.

Hi Mate, They are the part Numbers for the Themes, not all Themes have the same amount of Parts so not all the Themes have the same part numbers.
