File Edit - msstyles - win 10
What are these files about?
I'm trying to learn.
Why do the same bitmaps have different numbers in different modifications?
I always thought bmp numbers were constant - just like in dll files.
However - comparing the same files from different modifications - you can see that the same numbers are different?
Just an example - there are more.
