Vendor Had Twenty 16-Pin Adapter Meltdowns Among Tens of Thousands Sold
Cablemod, which produces custom cables and adapters, has shared the company's failure rates for its 16-pin power adapters. To date, it reports twenty failures out of tens of thousands of sold adapters.
