Help with font color location in WSB

It's been a while, locations are no longer where they used to be, can someone help with the location of the above text color in WSB?

G day Dark Night, Heres the location for all the programs lists for the text

hi yeah also the text colors are also in the start menu and menus section in wsb

Yeah, that is what I thought also but changing the color does not work , deleting the property and re adding doesn't work either
