issue installing Tavaris WMP-12 Theme

Hi, I recently moved to Win 10 from Win 7 and I try to install the "Tavaris WMP-12" (Windows Media Player 12) Theme but it doesn't work. I know that on Win 7 I had to modify the .dll file with Resource Hacker.
I tried this method but WMP will not run. I know that this theme works on Win 10 because there are multiple screenshots of people using it, but there are no instructions. Obviously you have to edit the .dll files

Any help would be appreciated

The Theme looks like this. If someone knows any similar themes that would be also appreciated.

hello and yes, just replace the png images and other files in the .dll file
if windows media player does not start correctly, you have made a mistake somewhere
it is better to replace files with using restorator application than with the Resource Hacker application

so I don't have many available files from other systems, but I can look at it

ah, I see where the problem is
the problem is that this is a theme for the windows 7 system
windows 7 uses the old file location
C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64
Windows 10 19h1++ uses a new file location and new .mun system files not .dll files
C:\Windows\SystemResources
C:\Windows\SystemResources\wmploc.DLL.mun
you must therefore replace the files in this directory and this file
if the files in system32 and system64 are replaced
of course this application cant be start correctly
