Windows 11 and 7TSP Icons with folder.jpg

Hello Everyone,
I have been using 7TSP for a while with Dark Icon packs to make Windows look better in Dark Mode. However with the purchase of a new system I was forced to upgrade (downgrade) to Windows 11.
Now the problem, which I am sure you have figured out by now, is that I can't find a package of Icons that will show the Folder.jpg Image on the Icon, This is a function I really use and can only seem to keep it working with the stock horrible yellow coloured folders in windows 11.
I'm sure someone else has addressed this already, although I can't find anything.
Is it possible, Is there a Black Themed Icon Pack where the folder.jpg function works?

I fixed it in my icon pack, the problem stems from the image sizes/order in the .ico.
