How do i change these dark theme colors?

No one on here ever modded the universal app background color? If no one on a professional modding forum knows, I expect nothing from those sites.

That link talks about a themeresource.xaml which I do not have and a c:\program files\windows kits\ folder which also does not exist on my 10 box.

To hell with it, I'll just live with this glitch.
