How do i change these dark theme colors?

How do I change these grey colors? No property or bitmap with 56,56,56 RGB and got nothing so where is it?

Hi Mate, OK so I dont think it will change in Dark Mode, try switching to light Mode and see the difference.
Unfortunately there's nothing you can do this is a glitch in windows. Heres what I mean Below in light and Dark Mode on my pc. Maybe you could try using the custom option and run windows in light mode and your apps in dark mode.
