Hi Mate, OK so I dont think it will change in Dark Mode, try switching to light Mode and see the difference.
Unfortunately there's nothing you can do this is a glitch in windows. Heres what I mean Below in light and Dark Mode on my pc. Maybe you could try using the custom option and run windows in light mode and your apps in dark mode.

Yeah, I know this doesn't happen in light mode. The problem with light mode for me is that the settings pages are too bright. If you can tell me how to modify those, I will do that instead.
