i wanted to give a try to the files in posted in windows 8 icon packs section,

but i'm not sure if the installer is the one that posted by monica, the se7ven theme source patcher v0.4 2015

They will work. Same program. To be certain, just get the program from the source: https://www.xptsp.com/fixit/7tsp.php

7tsp will work with any .7z 7tsp-icon-pack, just make sure the pack itself is for 8.1, rather than 8 (8.0) or 7.
